I managed a meet-up with a long time friend and colleague for dinner and she dragged me into Kinokuniya. Biggest mistake ever. I didn't planned for any purchased but saw the release of the new sequel to Hector's Journey and also managed to grab some other books while walking down the alley. The worst habit was managing a last minute grab while ringing my sales. LOL! At least I was happy leaving the store without any doubt.

Confession of a Shopaholic Nerd
The last weekend of March, I had 2 kids warded in the KKH, my niece Yanni and my closest couple friend son Rayyan. Being a good Samaritan, I visited them with a small gift in tow. Of course I had to get something extra for my nephew too and apparently stumbled upon something myself. I knew I stopped toys but I just find it adorable and I love the character, a mini Muggs Marvel's Hawkeye from the upcoming The Avengers.

Getting a bit too much
I know I shouldn't but I did. I bought more games. Pre-owned so it's dirt cheaper. I don't really care if it's new or pre-owned, just ensure I have a great time thumb exercising. I just started my first PS3 play - Uncharted: Drake's Fortune.
Now I have the complete series |
Thought of it as a childish game but the trailer was captivating |

New Collections
I've opened a sales website/blog in attempt to clear off my comics and toy collections. If you are interested or know of someone who would, do check out Rydikulez Collections. Next up to clear would be my wardrobe.
I've noticed that I've been going to H&M regularly monthly and managed a few buys. H&M is quite affordable and the designs are unique. So it looks like my wardrobe will be spilling with H&M clothing. Purchases of March:

Some accessory for my t-shirt |
Really needed a new pants. I may have a lot but kept rotating 4 pairs only |
Cheap and suits my face |
Along the way, I had prescribed a new spectacles. I don't use spectacle often unless for driving, tired eyes and overseas. I tend to wear spectacles overseas regularly to enjoy a focused scenery of the travel. A slightly larger frame than before to reduce the hindrance of the frame.
Breaking the Code
Previously, I mentioned that games should only be bought after or near completion of the current game. I broke the code to the extreme by getting a new PS3 when I'm still playing FFXIII-2 on Xbox 360. In some way, the PS3 is still MISB (mint in standard box). I will only setup the console once I complete my current game.
While collecting my new specs, I dropped by HMV in search of some blu-ray collections and chanced upon a sales corner for games. It was really at dirt cheap prices and I can't help myself. Hence the damage:
Noticed I still get Xbox 360 games. No way I'm neglecting my trusted console. I've been wanting to play these games but based on reviews, it does not worth the price. Thank god for the 80% off.
Now the question is, when can I finish my current FFXIII-2 and what shall I play next? The list of Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, Heavy Rain and Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sand for PS3, and Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 and Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days on Xbox 360.

Frustration Impulse
I've always wanted to get another console on top of my Xbox 360 plus Kinect, Wii and PC. So the missing link would be a PS3. I recalled encountering a second hand at an affordable $199.
Work was a bitch one day so I decided a little therapy by getting the mentioned second hand. Upon checking, the $199 was the first edition of PS3 which was the bulky one. There was the newer slim version at $269. The sales guy recommended me to get the new piece which is only $100 more with a 1 year warranty covered by Sony. After much consideration, I chose the new set as it has a clean memory unlike the pre-owned which I have to reformat to get it clear.
The ah-beng sales guy tried his luck to get me to a add in a bundle sale at $60 for a cooling fan, HDMI cable and a blue-tagged games. In total original would cost an average of $100 plus. There wasn't a game I need because most of them I've completed on PC or Xbox but found un-tagged Uncharted: Drake's Fortune at the same price as the blue tagged. He managed to put that in the bundle instead hence I accepted the offer.
My principle in games is that I should only buy games upon completion or near completion of a current played game. But I did encountered some difficulty attaining some back dated games. Not repeating that mistake, I've ventured out to find the true purpose of my PS3 gaming - Heavy Rain. Along the way, I've managed to find a pre-owned copy of Uncharted 2: Among Thieves.

Sadly, I have to put aside my purchase till I complete my current FFXIII-2 on Xbox. Then I have to re-arrange my entertainment center to place the latest addition. And not forgetting to find the time to play on top of my 2 months timeline to polish my Hangul, a few unread books on shelf, and possibly the start of school in July.

To Collect Dust
With so many activities going on, I've little to no time to do the things that I love from reading to gaming to movies. Somehow I still grab them in view of unavailability of games and accessibility upon completion of current read. While the wait, poor things have to collect dust.
Gotten the books during my recent staycation. Like every vacation, a little shopping must be done even if they are books like what I've spent on during my KL getaway.
My luggage cracked during my return flight from Taipei. The luggage have been widely used for almost 5 years and have been to most places with me and some of my family. Occasionally over-packed for some of my trips hence the possibility of it giving way. Did I mentioned that it was bought in some funky shop in KL years back. Could be the other factor. LOL
So it's time to get a better quality luggage and found this striking American Tourister luggage from the Prismo series. I'll definitely spot mine on the conveyor belt.

Geek-Tastic
A new game that I can't wait. I rushed to my usual GameStore to get hold of a copy. Contemplated on the limited edition but I have no use of the 4-disc soundtrack and I'm space conscious over the bulkier package. But still truly thrilled to get the regular copy at member's price (Truly a geek indeed).
